Brian has transformed his life through physical fitness, cross training, and the paleo style diet. He is a CrossFit Level 1 certified coach and also trains with Capoeira Evolução. Brian has an extensive background in weight lifting, body weight training, and natural movement. His emphasis within FOGO CrossFit is training the physical and mental aspects of the human being. This includes using kettlebells, clubbells, sandbags, and Olympic weight lifting along with old school body weight training and natural movement methodologies to create a stronger, healthier, fitter, and happier you. Alex Rodriguez began his fitness career in the world of martial arts. His primary art form is Capoeira! It is a fusion of martial art, gymnastics, music, and language. He also currently trains Jiu Jitsu and is a 1 Stripe Blue belt. Coach Alex began training CrossFit under coach Brian Stanford and has gone on to obtain his

Her journey with physical fitness began in her youth with dance. Throughout her years in tap, jazz, & ballet classes she discovered her love of physical movement. Since then she has branched out and discovered martial arts; Karate, Capoeira, Boxing, & Kickboxing have kept her interest for the last 10+ years as well as her 12+ year career as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She has trained under Coach Brian & Coach Alex for the last 3 years, and earned her Crossfit Level 1 Trainer Certificate 2 years ago so she can share her knowledge of movement and fitness with others.
