Step 1. Sign Up for our fundamentals course. The CrossFit Fundamentals course introduces newcomers to essential movements and safety techniques, ensuring they are well-prepared and confident to transition into regular classes.
Step 2. Enjoy two 1-on-1 private sessions with a coach. Then, five more group fitness classes with our coaches guiding you.
Step 3. Decide which membership works best for you!
